Sinclair Returns To Southampton

Jake Sinclair’s loan with Hibs hasn’t worked has it, to put it mildly, so his return to Southampton isn’t likely to surprise too many.

The striker’s season-loan loan has been cut short with Alan Stubbs confirming his return to the English Premier League to the Edinburgh News today – obviously ‘thanking him’ for his time at the club.

He said: ‘I’d like to thank Jake and wish him all the best for the next stage in his career and I’d also like to thank Southampton for allowing us to take him here on loan.’

During his loan, which began in August, the 20-year-old only made three appearances for us so we’ll not be too likely to miss him will we….
