Hibs have confirmed shirt sponsor’s from last season, Crabbie’s, will continue to support the club by becoming a heritage partner which will see them introduce The Crabbie’s Museum as well as becoming sponsor of The Famous Five Stand.
The company’s logo had adorned the front of the Hibernian jersey for a three year period and the new deal sees the branding moved to the rear of the strip following last weeks confirmation of Marathonbet as main club sponsor.
In addition to the museum, shirt and stand, the local company will also have brand ownership of Behind the Goals, the bar within the Famous Five.
Chief Executive Leeann Dempster told the club website: ‘The commercial team has worked closely with Crabbie’s to produce this creative and wide-ranging agreement that will further enhance the relationship between us in a way that will showcase our shared heritage and history.
‘As well as both having our origins in Leith, Hibernian and Crabbie’s share a culture of innovation and have ambitious plans for the future, and we look forward to continuing our successful partnership in the coming years.’
Ron Young of Crabbie’s said ‘We are delighted that we are continuing our association with Hibernian Football Club for another three years. We hope that this heritage partnership demonstrates our real long term commitment to Hibernian Football Club.
