I don’t think there has ever been a time, as a player or coach when Neil Lennon was stuck for words or flummoxed when making a statement. But, with no wins in three Hibernian fans are increasingly becoming restless with a string of lackluster performances and weird, if not strange team tactics.
The media, especially the respective sports editors love Neil Lennon. The 47-year-old is always happy to provide a controversial quote, and more often or not, a particular comment will set the newsrooms into a frenzy. Imagine the noise when the freelance fingers bang out the words on their laptops as quickly as their hands will allow – tap, tap, tap!

There will be many who think the above is nothing short of blasphemous. I mean, there are hordes of Hibees who believe Lennon can do no wrong and that the sun shines out of his backside.
Lennon is not the messiah but rather like you and me – a mere mortal who likes to speak his mind and do the best under the circumstances.
