The majority of Heart of Midlothian and Hibernian supporters left Tynecastle on Wednesday night bewildered, not so much by the result how an imbecile was able to punch Hearts keeper Zdenek Zlamal and in a separate incident floor Hibs boss Neil Lennon.
There are three major talking points from last night’s Premiership fixture.
Death Threat
I cannot confirm when or where this image was taken nevertheless, the person(s) who sprayed this message should have a long hard look at themselves.

I appreciate Lennon can let his emotions get the better of him and on occasion wind up a section of supporters, however, the moron(s) who are responsible for this despicable act has committed two criminal offenses – criminal damage and threat to kill.
Shame on you.

Evidence shows the Hearts keeper falling following a definite punch to the facial area.
The person responsible was in the away end, and so one can presume he is a Hibs follower.
Do we need these sorts of idiots bringing the club into disrepute?
Lennon, who witnessed the assault said after the game: “I am very angry about it. It’s disgraceful.
“We do not defend that behaviour from our supporters.”
Missile Attack
And if the incident with the Hearts shot-stopper wasn’t enough how about this.
Hibernian manager Neil Lennon has reportedly said he wants to meet the fan who struck him with a coin in the Edinburgh derby face-to-face.

Lennon said: “I don’t blame the club – you can’t legislate for the behaviour of some individuals, the badness.
“What possesses people to throw things onto a football pitch I will never know.”
"Ultimately it comes down to the individual."
"It was a pound coin, so he must have a few quid on him!"

Buffoons, clowns, criminals call them what you will, but these sorts of incidents and those behind them remind me of the bad old days when fans feared for their lives every time they went to a football game.
We live in a civilised world, and I for one am appalled by last night’s events.
Police Scotland – over to you!
