Daily Record in thinly veiled Hibs attack

Having perused the Record PM’s story online regarding the proposed transfer of Steven Fletcher to Real Madrid once again it appears the shocking standard of journalism featured within the publication has yet another thinly veiled attack on Hibernian Football Club.

Already confirmed as the official mouthpiece of Rangers the Retard has a pop at Hibs for having the audacity to try and keep the player at Easter Road.

Following on from their blatant attempts to have Scott Brown and Kevin Thomshun sign for the blue half of Glasgow (At least Brown refused to be swayed by Willie McKay and Keith Jackson) why not try to make a story out of a non story.

Claiming Hibs will accept a bid of £4 million rather than one of £6.5million due to Fletcher being able to buy out the final 2 years on his contract is ridiculous.

Hibs will accept such a bid as it is his market value, in truth a bid of around £3million with add on’s would be a decent piece of business for a player somewhat over-rated.

To compound such a tragic piece of journalistic torture with the comments ‘It’s understood the youngster, who failed to score in the final three months of the campaign, is growing increasingly concerned at the direction Hibs are heading under Mixu Paatelainen.’ is not only disrespectful to the player but to the club and fans alike as well as the Big Finn.

I would suggest anyone who pays to read such an article by the journalist Colin Duncan or his cohort Keith Jackson in the morning version, should perhaps contemplate what they wish to study in third year rather than waste their time reading comics and find something useful to do with their spare time.
