Hearts winger Jamie Walker looks sure to face an SFA disciplinary charge after appearing to headbutt Hibs Lewis Stevenson in the closing stages of yesterday’s Edinburgh Derby.

Whilst the youngster received no caution during the game the SFA Compliance Officer is likely to get involved which will see the player receive a retrospective red card.

The incident occurred after a late Hearts free kick and Hibs boss Alan Stubbs was in no doubt contact was made.

He said: “The lad put his head on one of our players. It will be interesting to see what happens with that one.

“It`s irrelevant now but when you have a linesman right in front of it and you have a referee – if you look at it, you`ll see what happens.”

Hibs midfielder Scott Robertson and Hearts forward Osman Sow both saw red in a feisty clash which also saw two penalty awards.
