Ticketmaster Complaints

Following up on our article from last week regarding many supporters objections in relation to call costs incurred when contacting Ticketmaster by telephone to try and purchase match briefs for this weekend’s Scottish Cup tie at Tynecastle, we aim to submit a formal complaint to the company on behalf of those affected by 5pm on Wednesday 8th February.

The main issue surrounding this matter is the exorbitant charges incurred when, to date, there is no proof of any person having managed to purchase a ticket by speaking to a member of Ticketmaster’s staff despite the calls having been answered by an automated service and thus charging potential clients a small fortune for a service not provided.

If you were affected by this, please feel free to send Vital Hibs an email detailing any charges you may have incurred whilst awaiting an answer.

So far more than a dozen fans have been in contact with us outlining their complaints and we hope this will force the ticketing giant to at least admit it’s shortcomings on this occasion and at least offer customers a goodwill gesture refund.
