Neil Lennon has surprised almost all Hibs supporters after the teamlines were submitted for this afternoon’s clash with Rangers.
The 3rd v 4th Premiership tie sees Ryan Porteous drafted into the starting line up with regular centre half pairing Paul Hanlon and Darren McGregor ruled out through injury.
Scott Allan makes an immediate start following his return to Easter Road on a loan deal to the end of the season.
Hibs line up:
Marciano
Porteous
Ambrose
Bartley
Boyle
McGinn
McGeouch
Allan
Stevenson
Barker
Kamberi
Substitutes: Bell, Mackie, MacLaren, Murray, Rherras, Shaw, Swanson.
Alternatively, Martin Boyle could be used as an emergency right back with Lewis Stevenson in his usual role on the left with Bartley in a midfield enforcer role.
The experimental line up could come under scrutiny should the Hibees suffer defeat but here’s hoping Lennon has played a blinder come 5:45 tonight.
