Head coach Alan Stubbs and Martin Boyle have both given their thoughts following the victory over St Mirren at the weekend.

Having gone a goal down after only eight minutes of the match being played, Stubbs’ focus was on the response showed by the side as Cummings levelled the scores two minutes later before Keating went on to score a hattrick on the day.

Speaking to the Official Site following the game in his press conference, he explained.

‘The most important thing after you concede is the reaction and after I came in the reaction may have been to have their heads down. But today with the confidence that is in the squad the reaction was everything I had hoped it to be, and was.’

Boyle was also speaking briefly following the game, and his focus was on continuing to take it one game at a time as we go in search of three points and not getting carried away.

‘I`m absolutely delighted the confidence is really high and all the boys are buzzing at the moment. It`s just about taking it game by game as they come.’
