Hibernian come up against Dundee United in the Scottish League Cup at Easter Road on Wednesday, in a game that will kick-off 7:45pm.

A place in the last four of the league cup is up for grabs tonight with Hibs looking to follow up the Championship win over Rangers with another against Scottish Premiership side Dundee United.

Alan Stubbs will be without Dylan McGeouch following his injury in that win over Rangers on Sunday but Martin Boyle, Farid El Alagui and Adam Eckersely will be in the squad for this cup-tie.

Dundee United can call upon Aidan Connolly as his suspension applies only to the Premiership but Paul Dixon, Mario Bilate, Ryan Dow, Chris Erskine, Paul Paton and Callum Morris all sit out.

You don’t often see a lower league side go into a game as favourites, however Hibs will go into this as the favourites against the higher league club tonight as Hibs look to avenge the defeat against the same opposition last term.

Hibs will hope for a positive result, to progress into the Semi Finals of League Cup but will this happen?

Whatever the line up hope, if not expectancy, will be high of a win and a place in the next round! However ahead of the tie we’re looking for your views on what way you think it will go, which obviously requires you to vote in the latest poll one of two ways….

Hibs win
Dundee United win

Not only do we want you to cast your vote, which you do to your right, we’re also looking for your thoughts and views too so do share some of those with your comments below.
