Hibs welcome Dumbarton to Easter Road for a Scottish League Cup tie and manager Alan Stubbs hands new signing Liam Fontaine an immediate debut with the centre half replacing Michael Nelson, in one of three changes following Saturday’s loss to Falkirk.
Scott Robertson and Danny Handling are also restored to the starting line up with Liam Craig (suspended) and Paul Heffernan (benched) missing out.
Dumbarton meanwhile start with three former Hibees in their line up with David Van Zanten, Colin Nish and Scott Taggart returning to their former stomping ground.
