Hibs face a tough midweek trip to Dingwall after they were drawn against Ross County in the Scottish League Cup Third Round.
County, currently bottom of the Premiership, overcame Stranraer in the previous round whilst Hibs produced a sterling comeback to defeat Dumbarton 3-2 having trailed 2-0 with only 12 minutes left on the clock.
Hibs Head Coach, Alan Stubbs, has acknowledged it’ll be a tough test of his side’s credential and told the club website: “We`ve been handed a tough draw; Ross County are a Premiership team, so we will be expecting a difficult game.
“But we will head north with the same attitude that we showed on Tuesday night – we want to win the game.”
The match will be played on Tuesday 23rd September with a 19:45 kick off.
