Hibs’ CIS Insurance Cup semi-final against St Johnstone will be played at Tynecastle, the SFL have announced.

The Hibees, who are considered favourites for the tournament after beating Hearts in the quarter-final, will be sure not to underestimate St Johnstone, after the First Division side beat Rangers 2-0 at Ibrox to reach the quarter final.

The match, which will be shown live on BBC, will kick-off at 7.45pm on January 31. The other semi-final, between Falkirk and Kilmarnock, will be played the day before at Motherwell’s Fir Park. The final is scheduled for March 18.
