Hibernian have today officially confirmed PUMA® as their official kit supplier for the next three seasons replacing Le Coq Sportif whose contract expires in early May.

It had been widely rumoured the Hibees were looking for a new kit manufacturer despite the commercial success of the 2009/10 interchangeable strips.

The club have also admitted the 2010/11 away kit will be unveiled prior to this season’s end with the home outfit to be paraded in June. PUMA® will also provide a full range of leisurewear before the new season gets underway.

Hibernian commercial director Fife Hyland told the official club site “Everyone at the Club is very excited about securing such a high profile and respected Technical Sponsor. Puma is one of the world’s biggest football and sporting brands and the quality of the kit and trainingwear is second to none. The players have been very impressed with the new gear and I am sure the new kits and merchandise will be well received by the supporters.”

PUMA® supply some of the biggest club sides in the world with their kits and can include outfits such as Feyenoord, Bordeaux, Sporting Lisbon and Tottenham amongst their current clients whilst the Italian national side are also contracted to the German multi national.
