It would appear Hibs crucial relegation battle with Kilmarnock will not be subject to live coverage by any broadcaster after tweets emerged online claiming Hibs had refused entry to BT Sports staff who were looking to prepare for broadcast tomorrow.

BBC Radio Scotland host Richard Gordon made the claim stating BT Sports had been ready to set up their equipment but were refused permission by the ground staff who were unaware of any proposed visit.

The TV company’s website has been blank, showing a ‘tbc’ Scottish Premiership game to be broadcast at 12:15 on Saturday however listings have never been updated and it would appear communication between both club and channel have been non-existent.

Hibernian have replied to other tweets regarding the matter which have confirmed the match will not be shown live.

Hibs head into the game knowing only a victory will secure their top flight status whilst Kilmarnock, should they fall to defeat will be in the dreaded relegation play off.

Tickets will be available from the Hibernian ticket office until kick off time.
