Winger Ivan Sproule has said that Hibs are one of the teams who should be aiming for second-place in the table, along with Rangers, Hearts and Aberdeen.

He told the Daily Record: ‘Nobody seems to be stringing together results. Everyone seems to be inconsistent so if we can find a bit of consistency that would be great. Everyone is talking about second position and I am sure ourselves, Rangers, Hearts and Aberdeen will be looking at it.’

Do you agree with the 25-year-old Northern Ireland international, or is the thought of Champions League football at Easter Road more fantasy than reality?

We want to know your views – and our latest poll, on the right of the page, asks whether Hibs can finish second in the SPL.
